Hisense Gorenje launches new B2B portal with Tradeplace

Customer experience for retailers

To improve the retailer experience, Hisense Gorenje Germany recently launched a new B2B portal that is fully integrated with Tradeplace's single sign-on service.

By using the single sign-on facility, Hisense Gorenje can take full advantage of the existing community of retailers on the platform. Once approved by Hisense Gorenje, a retailer's activation request gives them immediate access to the Hisense Gorenje B2B portal.

The Portal

In the Hisense Gorenje portal, resellers can access all the necessary information themselves. This saves them considerable time throughout the ordering process and improves their ability to plan with their customers. The convenience, intuitiveness and constant availability of the portal make it possible to access the platform at any time of the day, any day of the week. In addition to orders and their status, the portal contains a wide range of relevant product data, including images, data sheets and labels.

Enhanced cooperation with Retailers

This centralized portal acts as a user-friendly platform for retailers to efficiently order, access product pricing and check availability across a range of suppliers.

Hisense Gorenje Germany Stefanie Heinlein

Stefanie Heinlein, Project Manager and Director Operations at Hisense Gorenje Germany GmbH, is convinced: "With the new retailer portal we offer our customers more transparency regarding our products, a new technical possibility to place orders easily and a modern IT solution that makes the cooperation with our customers even more successful".

Hisense Tradeplace solutions

Hisense Europe and Tradeplace have formed a strategic partnership. As a result, several Tradeplace solutions are now live or being implemented in 8 countries. More countries are planned and will follow in 2024.
