Luxury design sanitary ware supplier Duravit strategically aligns with Tradeplace

E-ordering simplifies complex order management in this very demanding market

Duravit, a leading supplier in the luxury designer sanitary ware market, has selected Tradeplace’s Direct Connection e-ordering management system to simplify its order processing. Complex order processes are common in this very demanding market with an exclusive customer base. Where changes were previously made manually for Duravit, Direct Connection now fully automates changes to orders during the delivery process which includes scheduling of suppliers.

Tapping into Tradeplace’s experience in exclusive brands and markets

Tradeplace is already the market leader in product information for exclusive kitchen and bathroom installations. Its experience with both product information and order processing in the high-end kitchenware market is now benefiting the designer bathroom sanitary ware market, too.
