Retailers gain access to Inventum catalogue

We're thrilled to announce a new partnership with Inventum, a leader in home appliances and white goods in the Netherlands. Starting May, Inventum B.V. and Tradeplace B.V. will join forces to offer retailers easier access to Inventum products via the Tradeplace platform.

What does this mean for Inventum customers and Tradeplace users? They get faster access to Inventums' services and ordering tools, so retailers can deliver better service to their customers.

Martijn Janssen, Manager Sales at Inventum explains, "At Inventum, we are always looking for ways to optimize processes and make things as easy as possible for our customers. With the new dealer portal within Tradeplace, we offer customers an efficient and user-friendly solution to place orders, view invoices and repairs, and easily order marketing materials, among other things. This saves them valuable time, allowing them to focus on what truly matters: their customers. We are proud of this step and have put great effort into creating an intuitive design that perfectly aligns with daily business operations."

'Ease of working with a partner is essential in modern day business.' Karel van der Horst, Tradeplace CEO, explains. 'We help customers like Inventum be easy to work with for retailers in markets throughout Europe. If retailers have direct access to Inventum, they can close a deal faster and with fewer after-sales challenges. In the end, easy access to instant and correct product information helps everyone's bottom line. Together, Inventum and our account manager Chiel Schinning saw an opportunity to improve how retailers get Inventum product information and order Inventum products. We grabbed that opportunity and now retailers as well as Inventum can reap the benefits.'
