Liebherr fully connected in Tradeplace solutions

As of the 25th of August, Liebherr customers in Germany can reach the new Liebherr B2B portal via the Portals Hub. Liebherr dealers now have maximum flexibility in creating digital connections with Liebherr, accessing Liebherr product content and managing the order process online, as they also have the Tradeplace Connect, Content and Portals solutions available to them.

The Liebherr B2B portal enables customers to view, select and order Liebherr products online, and monitor order statuses along the way. What's more, they can now also get information about products faster, including availability & pricing, stock levels and delivery times. The benefit? Liebherr customers can help consumers better and drive more revenue.

"Initial feedback from retailers clearly shows that connecting to Tradeplace makes processes significantly more efficient, provides information in real time, and often even contributes to increased sales thanks to optimized processing. Integration leads to measurably faster processes and improves the flow of information in day-to-day business, sometimes even with positive effects on sales. As a service-oriented partner, we consistently focus on cooperation with qualified specialist retailers and offer targeted support wherever it is needed. Our goal is to work with our retail partners to implement sustainable solutions that provide real support in everyday life," explains Martin Ludwig, Head of Business Area Western Europe (WE) at Liebherr-Hausgeräte Vertriebs- und Service GmbH.

Iwan de Dooij, Tradeplace Head of Sales: "We're especially proud of the project with Liebherr as it's a prime example of how the our Connect, Content and Portals solutions work together. As Tradeplace grows, we're also able to help manufacturers more. The Liebherr B2B Portal shows how, besides using Connect to implement connections between systems for more efficient order-to-invoice operations, Liebherr also improved the online user experience for their retailers. So if you're aiming to improve ordering-to-invoice operations as well user experience for retailers, choosing the Connect, Content and Portals solutions is the way to go."
