DAP relaunch as Content Portal

DAP relaunch as Content Portal

We are excited to announce that DAP (Digital Asset Portal) has been relaunched as a standalone solution under the name Content Portal.

This relaunch focuses on improving the user interface and making access to the solution easier and more intuitive.

What is Content Portal?

The Content Portal enables manufacturers to distribute their brand assets — from product images to marketing materials — directly to their retail partners.

Powered by Content Hub, the process remains unchanged:

  • As soon as your data and assets are imported into Content Hub,
  • They are automatically available in the Content Portal
  • Organised by brand and product family
  • Ready for retail partners to browse and download

What’s new?

The relaunch focuses on usability and accessibility improvements:

  • A cleaner and more intuitive interface
  • Easier navigation and faster access to relevant content
  • Direct access via a dedicated service tile on the Tradeplace homepage

Content Portal as an independent solution

The Content Portal is available as a standalone solution, offering flexible access:

  • Existing Content Hub users are automatically available as Content Portal users
  • Users have direct access to their assigned brands
  • Access can be tailored via user-specific URL parameters, enabling direct entry points

What this means for you?

The relaunch is all about improving the user experience while keeping everything familiar:

  • No changes to existing functionality
  • Improved usability and navigation
  • Simpler and quicker access to content

These changes will help improve your use of the Digital Sales Assistant. If you have any comments or suggestions for improvement, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@tradeplace.com.
