To grow market share (+/- 10%) and support commercial teams, Inventum needed a reliable way to reach more retailers directly while reducing the cost of manual order handling. Before adopting Portals Hub, retailers placed orders primarily through email or telephone, costing approximately €5 per order. Sharing product updates, availability information, and campaign materials required multiple fragmented processes with limited reach. Although Inventum launched its own B2B portal to centralise communication, activating retailers at scale remained a challenge without a centralised, standardised access point.
