Tradeplace x Elkjop
Tradeplace worked closely with Elkjop's logistics and IT teams to automate their cross docking operations through the Tradeplace Message Hub. Elkjop now uses the platform to receive, process and respond to high message volumes automatically — reducing manual effort, increasing message accuracy, scaling operations without additional resources, and reducing time to partner response.

The Solution
Elkjop uses the Tradeplace Message Hub throughout the supply chain lifecycle to automate the transmission of critical trading messages to partner systems in real time. The Tradeplace platform processes logistics messages including goods receipts, cross docking, delivery notifications, carton delivery unit information, and distribution tracking.
Through Message Hub, Elkjop now sends automated updates directly to its partners via the Tradeplace platform, enabling real-time, platform-to-platform order status visibility across all retail channels. This approach reduces the reliance of disparate point solutions and creates a clean, centralized source of truth, supporting greater operational efficiency and collaboration across complex trading relationships.
