As explained in the article: Product Prices in the Digital Sales Assistant , you can easily upload your product prices, comments, and core assortment information using a CSV document. Follow the steps below to complete a successful import.
- Click on the top
button and select 
This setting is only available to Retailer Admin PAU and PU users.
Once inside, you will have the option to download the template for each category, where you can simply fill in the document to import.
- Select the Price basis you'd like to export.
You can choose whether prices in the CSV export are shown after promotional and structural discounts or according to the list, meaning RNPs before those discounts are applied.
If you select the price basis according to invoice, the exported RNPs include promotional and structural discounts.
If you select the price basis according to the list, the exported RNPs do not include promotional or structural discounts.
For imports into kitchen planning software, the according to list option is usually the better choice because it excludes time-limited promotions.
- Scroll under the first product price settings and above the individual product list, you will find the export button.
- Select the template you're interested in and this will trigger the download of the CSV file.
- Fill in the necessary details and import by dragging and dropping into the appropriate box or by browsing your PC.
- Once the import is complete, you will see the information reflected in your account.
- Please note, that for comments, a max. length of 25 characters is supported, the system truncates when more characters are imported.
