Why are products not exported?

Usage of Access-Control-List (ACL) and product to customer association

If the product was added to Tradeplace PIMS, but a specific customer/retailer/partner does not get the product in it's export, mostly the issue is related to a missing relation in the Access-Control-List (ACL) that is used to associate the correct products to the specific retailers/partners. 

As soon as the association is done and made available on Tradeplace PIMS, the next data export contains the missing products.  

When you as a retailer/partner think, that you are effected, we recommend to directly contact the manufacturer to check if the product to customer code association is correctly maintained.
