Registration process through CARAT for the Connect (TMH2) Service. 

Follow these steps to complete the registration process to the Connect (TMH2) Service.

STEP 1

Open the eCOM system option in your CARAT software and select the 'Automated Login' button.

STEP 2 

A pop-up box with a welcome message will appear. Click Next. 

STEP 3 

Enter your company information and click Next. 

STEP 4 

Enter your personal information and click Next. 

STEP 5 

Add a second user if you wish, then click Next. 

STEP 6 

Select the brands you would like to request and enter the customer code in the corresponding column. Then click Next. 

STEP 7 

Confirm that your warehouse address has been saved correctly and click Next. 

STEP 8 

Add any missing manufacturer warehouse numbers and click Next. 

STEP 9 

A pop-up box will appear to confirm that the registration process is complete. 

STEP 10 

You will then be redirected to the initial menu, where your registration ID and registration date will be displayed. You will also see a status query button, which you can use to check the status of your requests, and a test button, which you can use to check the status of the connections in the test environment. 

STEP 11 

Clicking on 'Status query' will open a pop-up window with your company information, appointed contacts, and requests to different manufacturers, along with an overview of the status. You can view the details in more depth by clicking on 'Details' next to each manufacturer. 

STEP 12 

Once you are inside the individual status requests for each manufacturer, you will see their seller code, the ship-to party code that is currently configured, the status overview, and the requested messages.  

STEP 14

Once this process is complete, you must set CARAT to transmit orders via Tradeplace. Follow these steps to do this:

1. Open the catalog data management and select the "e.COM" tab.
2. Select the "Tradeplace" option in the "Transmission format" area.
