I am getting a Tradeplace Error

I am getting a Tradeplace Error, what should I do ?

Most Tradeplace errors will look like the following one.

It clearly states it is a Tradeplace error and not a Compusoft error. The dialog box will display the error code and the error message.

In this exemple, error code is : 110 and error message is Unknonwn TradeplaceID : compusoft.fr@tradeplace.com

These errors might occur when interacting with one of the Tradeplace suppliers. When you send an order or when you query order status. If something goes wrong, you will get this error dialog box.

What you should do : note the error; or do a screen capture and contact your conterpart for this supplier. He will be able to provide you an answer.
