How to request brands in the Digital Sales Assistant?
This article summarizes how the Retailer Administrator for a company can request access to the different brands available in the Digital Sales Assistant.
Only Retailer Admin PAU users are authorized to complete this process.

STEP 1
Access your Tradeplace account and navigate to the Digital Sales Assistant (DSA) Service.

STEP 2
If your user account has the appropriate ADMIN PAU role, you will be able to view a comprehensive list of brands, each clearly labeled with its current status—Available, Pending, or Rejected. This enables you to monitor which brands are accessible for immediate use, which access requests are awaiting approval, and which have been declined, ensuring full visibility and control throughout the brand access process.

STEP 3
You will be notified when your access request has been processed. Once approved, you can easily access the available brands and switch between them using the menu located in the lower-left corner of the page.
