How manage your connections and request new brands in the Portals hub?
This article summarizes how to manage your connections and send new requests to different brands in your Portal account.
How to request new brand access:
STEP 1
On the home page, you can sort the display of available services (list and tile view available). Click on Enter on the Portals hub
STEP 2
Once inside, you will see the complete spread of brands you currently have available, as well as your favourites (star marked) and unregistered brands (list and tile view available)
STEP 3
Click on the tab and search for the brand you'd like to request from the list.
STEP 4
Click on on the desired brand and enter your customer code, then click on Save.
Please contact your sales representative at the Manufacturer side, if you don't have a customer code for their brand.
Take into consideration that Tradeplace does not handle the acceptance of these requests and you must wait for the manufacturer team to review your application.
How to verify the status of your connections and related information:
You can check all the current accepted or pending brands and see the customer code used when entering the brand management space.
STEP 1
After logging in, select the "Portals Hub" environment.
STEP 2
Click on and you will see the complete and updated lists of your current brands.
