In PDM it's possible to see the number of images / videos there are available for a certain product. Here is a step-by-step.
The video above shows how to edit multiple products at once.
Only take it as reference on where to find the grid view if you haven’t used it already.
To get the count for single image data components like: PRODUCT_IMAGE, IMAGE_LOW_RESOLUTION... follow the next steps:
- Open the OPERATOR ELEMENT COUNTER
- Place the desired Image element into it (will be displayed as indented instead of below another)
Example with PRODUCT_IMAGE.
The "Label" will define the column name in the exported Excel file.
- To get the count for multiple image data components like: MEDIA, CUSTOM_MEDIA, AWARDS … you will need to combine the OPERATOR ELEMENT COUNTER with OPERATOR ANY GETTER
Example with Media
The Attribute for the Operator Any Getter needs to be “getItems”. Exact wording, no added spaces, lower and uppercase are important.
- You can save the grid view for later use, share it and download the Excel file for it.
- For later grid view adjustments, make a right click on already added elements and select "Edit".
