Q: WHO CAN REGISTER TO TRADEPLACE?
A: The service is open to retailers who already have an existing business relationship with the participating manufacturer(s).
Q: WHAT KIND OF PC, BROWSER AND INTERNET CONNECTION ARE RECOMMENDED?
A: We recommend the use of a Pentium PC with a Modem (56KBps) or ISDN for the connection to the Internet. The Internet Browser should be Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.00 or higher and cookies need to be accepted. The Internet site is optimized for the screen resolution 1024 x 768 or higher.
Q: HOW CAN I REGISTER TO TRADEPLACE?
A: You can register here online If you have any more questions you can get support by contacting our Call Center at 020-79847583 who will guide you through the various steps required to register. Please note the service is open to retailers who already have an existing business relationship with the participating manufacturer(s). As part of the registration process you will be requested to enter your existing Customer Number with the selected manufacturer(s)
Q: I’VE ALREADY REGISTERED TO TRADEPLACE BUT I STILL CANNOT ACCESS THE BRAND PORTALS?
A: Your account has to be verified by each Brand Portal. As soon as the access is established you’ll be notified by e-mail. Usually this will happen within 4 working days since your registration.

Q: I’VE BEEN AUTOMATICALLY DISCONNECTED BY THE SYSTEM AFTER 30 MINUTES OF INACTIVITY?
A: Because of security reasons we defined that after 30 minutes of inactivity you’ll be automatically disconnected. To resume your work you need to logon to Tradeplace again with your userid and password.
Q: HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?
A: To change your password you have to be logged into Tradeplace. In the function ‘My Profile’ you find the button ‘Change Password’
Q: HOW CAN I GET ACCESS TO ADDITIONAL BRANDS?
A: In the function ‘My Profile’ you will find the buttons ‘Online Portals’ for adding Finished Goods brands and 'After Sales Services' for adding After Sales Marketplace brands. Here you can apply for access to every available brand in your country.
Q: HOW CAN I DISCONTINUE MY TRADEPLACE ACCOUNT?
A: In order to discontinue your Tradeplace account please contact our Call Center at email@example.com or go to the 'My Profile' section where you can cancel the service.
