Miele and Tradeplace are pleased to announce they have entered into an international strategic partnership. The German headquartered manufacturer of premium home appliances will use the Tradeplace services to automate their order processes and distribute product information throughout their channels.

Direct Connection service integrates thousands of business partners in the Kitchen Retail channel

In order to achieve more efficiency in the order process and provide trade partners with accurate price and availability information, Miele has chosen Tradeplace’s Direct Connection platform to connect to their channel partners.

The Direct Connection platform offers an unprecedented access to the Kitchen Retail channel through integration with kitchen planning software and business software (ERP) providers as well as directly with the biggest Kitchen Retail chains. The Direct Connection is based on open internet industry standards combined with Tradeplace´s 20 years experience, this allows for simple and easy integration with software partners and retail chains alike.
