EK Retail, one of Europe's leading retail cooperatives with over 4,000 affiliated retailers, is sending a strong signal in the direction of digitalisation: with its new Digital Sales Assistant, the company is expanding its service portfolio specifically for its electroplus küchenplus specialist retailers.

In cooperation with renowned platform provider Tradeplace, electroplus küchenplus is launching a tool that improves consulting, product selection and ordering for end customers. The digital sales assistant helps retailers make their sales processes more efficient, thereby increasing customer satisfaction in the long term.

‘Working with Tradeplace was a logical step for us,’ explains Martin Wolf, General Manager at EK Home Electrical Appliances, responsible for the electroplus küchenplus concept. ‘We are already successfully using services such as Portals Hub, Connect Message Hub and Content Hub. When we discovered the Digital Sales Assistant and saw how it improves customer engagement, we immediately realised the added value it offers our retailers.’

Implementation was quick, and the tool is now available to EK kitchen retailers. The aim is to strengthen customer loyalty and increase sales through targeted support in the sales process.
