New e.COM Ordering Functionality – CARAT and Tradeplace Deliver a Major Upgrade for Retailers

We are delighted to announce that the new Tradeplace e.COM connection in CARAT is now live in Germany – perfectly timed ahead of the MHK Annual Conference 2026 in Berlin, held under the inspiring motto #creating value together.

Starting with CARAT version V2025.4.0.0, retailers can now place electronic orders quickly and easily with selected manufacturers directly from within CARAT:

• Electrolux Home Products

This milestone is the result of a long-standing, deep partnership between CARAT and Tradeplace, which has been driving digital trade innovation for many years. How to Register – Step-by-Step via CARAT and Tradeplace

Retailers can activate the e.COM ordering functionality directly through the registration assistant in the e.COM section of CARAT system options:

1. Generate access credentials
   The CARAT registration assistant automatically generates your credentials.
2. Have your customer number ready
   You need your manufacturer-specific customer number for registration.
3. Send a registration request
   Once CARAT setup is complete, the manufacturer receives your request.
4. Track status in CARAT
   You can follow the processing status of your request in CARAT at any time.
5. Confirmation
   When the manufacturer accepts the request, your status changes to “Accepted”.
