In the final months of 2025, we’ve been busy transforming Tradeplace.com into a more powerful, user-friendly gateway to the services our customers rely on every day.
Our mission? Streamline the user experience (UX), simplify access, and give companies more control.
The result is a clean, redesigned website that’s not just visually refreshed — it’s fundamentally re‑engineered to make your daily work faster, easier, and more connected.
One Login — All Your Services
You can now log into Tradeplace.com with the credentials of the Tradeplace service(s) you already use.
No need for multiple accounts or passwords for each Tradeplace service — your existing login for solutions such as Content Hub or Portals Hub is all you need.

Your Personalised Home Page
After logging in, you’ll be taken to a personalised home page showing tiles for all Tradeplace solutions linked to your account. At launch, the following Tradeplace solutions are available via this method:
- Content Hub
- Portals Hub
- Portals Hub Admin
- Digital Sales Assistant
- Digital Sales Assistant Admin
- TradePI Standard
- Solutions Status Overview

In the coming months, access will expand to include:
- Message Hub
- Content Portal
- Content Hub Admin

Status at a Glance
Each tile features a real‑time availability indicator, showing whether the Tradeplace service is currently operational or unavailable. It’s important to note: this reflects the status of the Tradeplace solution, not that of the manufacturer systems or back‑end integrations behind it. This means you can see the Tradeplace‑side readiness for each service at a glance.

Manage Your Account Directly
Updating your user details is now straightforward.
Simply click your profile name in the top navigation and select “Manage account” to edit your information instantly.

Access & Track Support Tickets
Our updated Support Central lets you view all of your open and historical support tickets in one place — making it easy to track resolution progress and stay in touch with the Tradeplace support team.

New: Company Admin Role
A major enhancement for 2026 and beyond is the introduction of the Company Admin role for both retailer and manufacturer organisations.
Designated user(s) in this role can:
- Manage the user base of their company
- Control which Tradeplace solutions each individual can access
- Keep accounts up to date when employees join or leave
This puts companies firmly in control, improving security and onboarding processes.

Website Language Flexibility
You can now switch the website language.
All countries have been set-up in English, and many also feature local languages for one or more Tradeplace services — supporting smoother use across diverse teams.
Tradeplace.com is now more than a website — it’s your tailor‑made control panel for B2B commerce across our ecosystem.
