Go-live
The new portals hub will go-live in Switzerland on the 11th of June 2024, 18.00 CET. The first time log-in will require you to go through a couple of steps. These are described in detail in our Help Center that you can enter via below button.
Some users have created multiple accounts on Tradeplace over time for instance to have accounts in multiple countries. As the new portals hub is using the email address as unique identifier you are required to set-up these multiple accounts with different email addresses.
