Product Information and marketing materials for Samsung home appliances are now available through the Tradeplace Product Information Management Service (PIMS) in Germany. It allows Samsung to provide product information, including diagrams, operating instructions, energy labels, and award seals with ease.
No more running round in circles! Retailers can now find all the product information they need for Samsung home appliances in one place. Tradeplace’s PIMS portal not only provides relevant information directly from Samsung itself, but also includes marketing materials to support dealers in their sales.
‘With the PIMS portal, we can provide our dealers with reliable product information and other materials about our home appliances first hand, all in the familiar Tradeplace format,’ explains Nedzad Gutic, Director of Home Appliances at Samsung Germany. ‘Dealers can then ensure their customers have all the information they need to make informed purchasing decisions. It’s a win-win for dealers and for us as supplier.’
So far, the online portal could only be used for orders and information on the price and availability of Samsung home appliances. But now, dealers can download product descriptions and high-quality diagrams, detailed product information, and marketing materials free of charge in the format of their choice. All it takes is a few clicks.
