From September 4, 2025, just in time for IFA, the new AEG Partner Portal will be available via Tradeplace in the Portals Hub. This innovative platform marks a significant step in the digital collaboration between AEG and its retail partners. In addition to kitchen retailers, electrical retailers will now also clearly benefit from this innovation.
With a 360-degree approach that covers all phases of the customer process - from presales to sales and aftersales - the portal offers a holistic solution for modern sales. The aim is to enable seamless communication between AEG and its partners while simplifying access to up-to-date, consistent product information.
"With the new Partner Portal, we are creating a central point of contact for our partners that not only improves the flow of information, but also increases efficiency in all process steps. By integrating it into Tradeplace's Portals Hub, we are ensuring that our partners can access the information they need 24 hours a day, seven days a week - quickly, reliably and in the right format.
