Step by step on how to request brand access for your Tradeplace account.
Once connected, click on your name to access your profile:
In the next screen, click on Online Portal.
Please select the brands you want to access.
If you already have a customer number for this brand, please add it to your request, then click on Save Changes.
This triggers a request for each brands you selected.
It is up to the administrator of each brand portal to grant you an access.
As soon as this access is granted, you will receive a notice by email.
Be aware this proces might take some time.
