Step by step on how to create a new user in your Tradeplace account.
From the home page, click on Register.
Then tick the box "I want to create a new user for my company".
A Tradeplace Account Number box appears.
Enter the Tradeplace account number for which you want to add a user and click on Next.
The process of creating a new user is the same as that of creating an account.
Step 1: Select Services
Tick the box corresponding to the desired service, here the Online Portal, then click on Next.
Step 2: Company data
Check the company information and click on Next.
Step 3: User data
Enter your user details and click on Next.
Step 4: Online Portals
Tick the boxes of the brand portals you wish to access and if you know them, indicate the numbers of the accounts, then click on Next.
Step 5: Check entered data
This screen displays the information previously entered for verification and asks you to accept the TOS.
